I love business bits! From the everyday ‘vital part’ side of things, through to running teams and managing socials, it’s my passion.
And that’s why I left the corporate world after so many years to start my own business.
But there’s only so much you can do for yourself isn’t there. I learnt this pretty quickly too, finding my own little team of contractors to help me out when needed.
I love working with established biz mums as I get you. I’m working in business just as you are, and I know what’s involved. And I love it when clients have trust in me to hand over jobs, knowing they’ll magically get done.
Having worked with so many different people, my business is always evolving, looking for ways to help my clients with their unique needs. I’m a bit of a tech-head and I love systems.
As an online business manager, I help manage your business, using the power and knowledge of working with a team of specialists (mine or yours) to smash your biggest biz goals. All those things you’ve ever put in a ‘too-hard’ basket can be rescued!
And I don’t need you to hold my hand! If I don’t know how to do a task, I have a huge support network to help me out, or I turn to my BFF (Google) to find a solution. I’m always investing in professional development to learn more and more things.
Funny tidbits about me
My family is my world, with two gorgeous girls who keep me busy, a wonderful supportive hubby, and three beautiful cat furbabies who love sitting on me while I’m working!
I believe balance in life is everything. I’m an avid tea drinker and love smashing a body combat class out at the gym. I’m a voice-over artist, and I met Tom Cruise when I was an extra on Mission Impossible! I’m social and love cocktails but l also love me time. I’m a better listener than a talker. I’m into yoga and bike rides. I love the beach and travelling. And I once abseiled the north pylon of the Sydney Harbour Bridge to raise money for charity.
How I work with you and your business
If you’re looking for a one-off, fast turnaround type of admin assistant, that’s not me. Honestly, that doesn’t fit in with my family, and like you, I need to think of them too. I love clients who get this.
I work collaboratively with my clients. I’m a stickler for organisation and have everything documented, upfront and transparent, so you’ll know exactly how I work from the start. I’m a planner and like to have everything prepared. My clients work with me on an ongoing basis, and their business becomes my baby too.
When you work with me, you’re getting my years of corporate experience, along with all the knowledge I’ve acquired from amazing biz owners over the years. I’m a curious chick, so I need to know what people do.
In my corporate life, I was thrown into a role as acting Team Manager for a government in-house Print Room. And because it was a team of gents all older than me, I had to earn their respect, and fast! So, I walked out onto the floor and learnt every single job they all did. I managed these guys for almost 8 years, and when we catch up, they still call me ‘boss’!
I’ve taken this into my business life as it’s vital for an online business manager to understand all parts of your business, coordinate teams and get the job done right. I also love learning and studying (weird hey!) so I’m always looking for courses to do.
